The Kahl Home is a state-of-the-art senior living facility in Davenport, Iowa.

Located on 40 acres of land, residents have ample space to enjoy the outdoors.

The three-story building with two towers is designed to promote community living.

The Kahl Home has a secured courtyard where residents can enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment.

Mass is offered daily in our chapel. Protestant services are held monthly.

The Kahl Home is equipped with a full service beauty salon where residents can get their hair done or a manicure.

Residents can also receive diner-like service at the dining area.

Each neighborhood is equipped with its own kitchen where residents or staff can prepare snacks between meals.
