Long Term Care
Kahl Home provides 24-hour nursing services, under the direction of a primary care physician, to help residents maintain their highest level of functioning.
Care is administered based on individual need, which is determined through a multidisciplinary assessment of each resident’s unique needs. The assessment is conducted prior to admission to Kahl Home.
Once admitted, all staff work together to welcome the new individual and provide support as they adjust to life at a senior living facility.
Families of long-term care residents are encouraged to become involved in Kahl Home community.
