Kahl Home Is A State-Of-The-Art Senior Living Facility

In 2012, Kahl Home built a brand new senior living facility in northeast Davenport. The layout is designed to promote community living, making socialization easier for our residents. The rooms are grouped in clusters, each with a common living room and kitchen.

Kahl Home features 88 private rooms and 12 semi-private suites, a total of 112 beds. Each room is equipped with it's own bathroom and shower, flat screen TV, and wireless Internet access. Semi-private rooms have two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom.  Skilled and Intermediate levels of care, Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies are also available. 

The Assisted Living Unit has 20 apartments. Our 1-bedroom and studio apartments offer you a comfort and ease of lifestyle 

Apartments are designed with a living area, beautiful kitchenettes with a microwave, refrigerator, and plentiful storage. Each apartment offers an on-suite bathroom with zero entry shower. 

A the Kahl Home you will enjoy 3 delicious meals daily plus snacks. You will have freshly prepared meals, and specials. Breakfast, lunch and dinner meals are served in the dining room with a beautiful courtyard view. 

Enjoy socializing with friends and family in one of our many beautifully furnished longe areas with large screen TV's and comfortable family seating. Two beautiful courtyards are also available for walking, socializing, and seasonal enjoyment.
